La investigación, elaborada a finales de 2013, muestra que sólo 41% de las personas lleva un control diario de su dinero y 20% da seguimiento de cómo administra lo que gana y lo que gasta.
Además de que siete de cada 10 ciudadanos considera que no podría cubrir un gasto de emergencia, y uno de cada dos no usa ningún servicio financiero ni de ahorro ni de crédito.
